Subject: old apps names if u remember

Howdy fellow homeless people. Hope the new year is great and soon we have our home back. I was trying to find very old application launchers one was called brain.... recommended by Flyer ages ago and the other was an open source Delphi called Genius that did few more things besides launch applications?
Anyone recall these? I think they were written for windows 95 or so. Love you all and missing you all.
