ne, KIPO kommt mir nicht ins Haus.
Hab mir mal 2-4 Pornos über emule geladen.
Nun hab ich Post von "KUW" Anwälten bekommen.
KUW = Ra Karl, Ra Urmann Ra Wagner
Diese Leute vertreten unter anderem Purzel Video, Magma und andere.Das Spiel läuft nach einem Muster ab. ( wie bei Ra Rasch in Sachen Musik )
Bei eMule Titel eingeben... IP ermitteln.. Provider per Email informieren das eine Straftat vorliegt... Staatsanwaltschaft wird eingeschaltet.. T-com gibt die Daten raus..KUW kommt in den Besitz der Daten.. Staatsanwaltschaft beendet das Verfahren wegen Bagatelle.. dann kommt von KUW die Abmahnung. Im Schnitt sind es zwischen 250 + 400 Euro
...Verstoß gegen das Urheber Recht. Also Zivilrecht.
