not long ago i was blocked from torrentspy so i did this:

1: get firefox

2: go here h**p://www.torproject.org/download.html.en and download Tor Privoxy Vidalia Torbutton bundle 0.1.2.17

3: install bundle

4: reopen firefox,enable torbutton lower right hand corner of your browser

5: go here www.cmyip.com check your ip

6: right click on tor icon in system tray click "new identity" refresh cmyip until you get the country you need to access the site

hope this helps

PS:
you could simply use a proxy but that is a short term solution
