Have u tried Mp3 Splitter and Joiner Pro.v3.48? See what it can do below.

MP3 Splitter & Joiner is a very useful MP3 audio editor. It
builds MP3 Splitter (MP3 Cutter) and MP3 Joiner in one
you can split, cut, trim a large MP3 file into multiple
smaller pieces or join, merge multiple MP3 files to a larger
one. Split and merge MP3 files directly without MP3
re-encoding. If this is something that you could have use of please let me know.
