Subject: Question inside...

I am attempting to download rar files from warez sites. I realize that I do not have a full understanding of this concept, which in turn is the cause of my unsuccessful attempts. If someone does not mind taking the time, I would really appreciate someone explaining to me the concept behind rar files, warez sites, and what the process is behind downloading these files from these sites. Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated!!!
