The file you want (movie, program, music) is broken down into smaller parts using WinRar so that they can be uploaded to a host. The links to those files are posted on a warez site. The actual files are not hosted on the warez site, but on places like rapidshare, megaupload and others. Once you download all the smaller files, you would need to use WinRar to extract those files to create the larger file that you are looking for. Kinda like that.
