Get Cain & Abel, next time he connects to your network everything he send will be routed though this tool. In essence you can see his email id, passwords, etc. in plain text when he uses once logged on ur network. U will need a hard line to your router though.

The other *polite* way is to just block all mac addresses except for yours in the router setting.
