Your conclusion is right. Bevore entering a tested site you should wait a few hours (depends on the security trigger for logins with different ip adresses for each site).
Else you will be banned in short time if you got fake detection enabled. (fake detection ensures, that the login is right with useing a different proxy to test the successful login again).
