Subject: information on KF web server programe

dear friends
please could someone advise me I would like
to do my own personal web server so I can host my own web sites
there is a program that does that and much more besides

its called KF web server and it does as it should
but there is a problem it runs using a local host on my computer
the local host address is http://127.0.0.1:9727
which is the administration page now that and the web sites show on my
browser but any person that types the local hosts on there computer
cannot see my web pages they get some kind of error

how can I make my web sites on this program be seen by people on the Internet using
my local host ip
please could someone help
