Subject: HELP i'm infected with antivirus 2009

Guys help,
looks like I've been infected with antivirus 2009, this nasty SOB is screwing with my computer.
I'm unable to launch malwarebytes, will not allow me to install or connect to their site, has blocked Microsoft updates, and will not allow restore points to work.

HELP!!!!!!
