Subject: Help...new ISP

For the past 8 years I was on a dialup with a major coporation.I live in a small community.I could go on any site I want(porn or non porn).This town had HiSpeed for the last 6 months,decided to sign up 3 weeks ago.Very happy.Suddenly in the past couple of days I can't go to all the sites I want to go on.
Would my new ISP would have something to do with that?
I still have my dialup (good til the end of the month).I still could go on any sites I want but slow.
Do any ISP restrict any contents on anybody's computer
