Subject: If you don't have fast connection, don't bother looking

Been some time I was here, but I got something stumping me and can't seem to iron it out, so I'm asking for some help please.
I downloaded a video(porn) and it's a big sucker @ 1.97GB when I play it, its choppy/slow. I have run it with Microcrap 9 and VLC and Nero ShowTime on a AMD Athlon 64 2.20GHz CPU and 1.18GB Ram, XP Pro system and Checked with GSpot and everything is installed as far as I can tell, and the system should be fast enough, plus nothing else running and it caps CPU @ 100%.
I'm posting the links to the video if anyone wants to check it out and see what result you get, if you do will you post back as to how it plays on your system please. It' s a good video I assure you.
