Subject: a question about cracking tools

hey guys,
I know its a lamer question and probably been asked one million times...
I have been using form@ by SSS for ages for form logins and I love this prog. Its great drawback is that it cant do https/ssl. I have been trying to mess around with hydra but in windows its sooo difficult to put it to proper use so i eventualy give it up.
So could anyone recommend me some good prog for form https/ssl logins or basic auth https/SSL logins?
I would greatly appreciate any tips on the matter.
