Subject: How do I get welcomed by NCH? The Board is locked.

I had an account at NCH, but I had'nt been active in awhile and got deleted (rightfully so) Now I'm trying to either get my account re-activated, or re-register, but the board is locked, and I'm not sure how to contact the admins. Any help would be appreciated.
