he didnt give any personal info and used a Bot to sign up ......proberly didnt make a note of any of the security questions you need to fill in such as mothers maiden name or your dogs name .......the bot may have just filled in random info

if he hasnt that info to give them for security to prove hes who he says he is then no password will be mailed

this is all speculation though
