Well, if we are talking about Zhang Feng's Proxy Hunter ;-)
Proxy Hunter's Proxy Option is broken (use a tcp-ip sniffer to verify this ;-) ).

So you have to use SocksCap to socksifie Proxy Hunter.
If you want to rotate Proxies you have to chain Proxy Hunter via Sockscap to SocksChain.

But why I'm telling this same ole story again and again ;-)
