2011 Disco Divas Pageant
Belfry Fire Department
November 12, 2011
Belfry, KY
Registration will begin at 11am
Pageant will start at 1 pm
Deadline for registration September 30, 2011
Beauty Registration Fee: $70
Beauty Attire is Pageant Wear
Photogenic: $15
Include 2 pictures color or black and white no larger than 11x13 additional pictures $5 each
Pictures can be natural or retouched
Casual Wear: $15
Casual Wear Will Be Disco Wear

All Events are judged on Facial Beauty Modeling Personality and Stage Presence

1 Ultimate Grand Supreme
We will award ONE ULTIMATE GRAND SUPREME title. This will be the contestant with the highest combined score from all events. Winner will receive a beautiful 8in crown, deluxe embroidered sash, and a 5ft trophy

3 Grand Supremes
We will award 3 Grand Supreme titles (0-4 years, 5-11years, 12years and up) Winner will receive a beautiful 6in crown, deluxe embroidered sash, and a 3ft trophy

12 Beauty Supreme Winners
We will award a Beauty Queen/King in each age group. This will be the contestant with the highest beauty score in each group. The Beauty Queen/King will receive a 4in crown, embroidered sash, and a 2ft trophy
12 Casual Wear Winners
We Will award a Casual Wear title in each age division! Winners will receive a trophy and sash. Casual wear will be judged on personality, appearance and facial beauty.

12 Photogenic Winners
We Will award a Photogenic title in each age division! Winners will receive a trophy and sash. Photos will be judged on picture quality and photogenic ability of the individual.

You do not have to enter these events to qualify for Mini or Grand Supremes:

Best Awards:
We will award 3 "Best" Awards in each division (Personality, Most Beautiful/Handsome and Most Photogenic)

DVD's of the pageant will be sold for $10 see either Dorena or Brandie

Door admission $5 for everyone except contestant

Boys *0-23 Months* *2yrs-up*

Phenomenal Faces reserve the right to combine any age division.
