No he did not, if he wanted to sneak in, he would have used the back door and not walked in the front door with the super. Second, there are only a couple of good officers on that shift, and unfortunately one of them got caught making a mistake. That shift will suffer with the loss of Russell. DD is a very descent guy who is not out to hurt anyone. There are so many people walking around with the proverbial "noose" self tied around their neck that all he would have to do is close his eyes and grab one. Being the good guy he is, he usually unties the knots...
