 AT OCCC Not only did he sleep on 11-7 he would sleep with keys hanging on the outside of his control room door, during morning wake ups. A few times sgt botelho locked him in his own control room and walked away with his keys then called on the radio and asked him to 25 a different part of the inst. IT WAS THE FUNNIEST THING YOU EVER SAW VELEZ TRAP IN THE BUBBLE WITHOUT KEYS. REMEMBER THIS ONE WHEN HES INVESTIGATING YOU FOR ANY KEY ISSUES. BELIEVE ME THERES A HUNDRED MORE STORIES JUST LIKE THIS ONE .
