Subject: The scales belong to the track and therefore a little out of our control. However, it has been brought to their attention. As for who enforces the rules, great question. I would think that would be Kelly since he started this class and went to Harry for permission to run it at Redline. If you have a specific complaint about another car then my suggestion is it should be made at the track at the time of that particular race.
