Subject: Hey Derek we certainly feel your pain on weight. We have the heaviest car running. On the lighter side our driver did lose about 50 pounds since the season ended. HA!!! We have the heaviest car, ran the fastest time thus far in the 9" class and have never won a single 9" race. We spent the first year slowing the car down so the tires would stick and the second year we were just snake-bit every week. With all this said, "Can't wait to do most of it again". There are few things (like the fire and the stolen trailer) we can pass on.

In reply to: Derek 's message, "Yeah shopmom some can take out that weight, but I know I can't. My car weights 3450 with driver that is with no weight added. Plus the way I look at it is if someone has to cheat win then they are pretty sorry. I think the times will stay about the same will take a low 60 to win. I just hope I Can win more races this year and get the car a little faster." on 20:18:00 11/27/07 Tue
