You will be OH-SO-SORRY if you let your competition grab this topper!

This one is going to steal the spotlight! The judges will love it and it will look good on anyone! Blond, brunette whatever will be stunning! Black with red embroidery floral has been cut to beautiful scrolling frame around chest and possibly shoulders. This could be worn two different ways to make it even better. The neckline is a halter but the bodice just wraps to tie in the back and so it could be worn as a normal halter or you could keep arms by the side and wrap it around the shoulders to create an off the shoulder look where the scalloped edge will frame shoulders too. The neck/chest portion isn't visible in this very poor photo I took with my phone but it has a black netting in the open spot so the flowers are over the black netting to give a very dramatic look! This should fit from about a 7/8 to a jrs large even. The extra piece in the photo is to place in the hair. The neckline is garnet red stones in two different shapes and are very pretty stones along with dangle earrings made to match. I have more material so I could make an extra piece if needed specifically (hats, headband, bows, etc.) This one will go fast!!! $40
