OPEN STATE PAGEANT
SATURDAY MARCH 3,07 COMFORT SUITES-GASTONIA,NC-REMOUNT RD
EVERY CHILD IS A WINNER AND WILL TAKE HOME GREAT PRIZES!!!
Pageant Day Information:
Registration from 9am-10am. Pageant will begin promptly at 10:30am.
Admission: $5.00 for everyone 10yrs-Up. One chaperone admitted free with each contestant.
ALL ENTRIES DUE BY FRIDAY FEBRUARY 21, 2007 TO USE ANY DISCOUNTS.
Discounts Available:
* Refer 5 paid new Supreme Package entries and you compete for free!
* Any referrals less than 5, receive $5 off per referral!
* Sibling Discounts: 2nd child receives $10 off, any additional receive $15 off!
* Enter with your best friend and you both receive $15 off!
*ONLY ONE TYPE OF DISCOUNT MAY BE USED PER CONTESTANT.*
AGE GROUPS:
Girls: 0-11mos,12-23mos,2yrs,3yrs,4yrs,5-6yrs,7-9yrs,10-12yrs,13-15yr & 16yrs-Up.
Boys: 0-23mos, 2-4yrs, & 5yrs-Up.
Competition Categories:
(Make-up Rules: 0-6yrs-Lip gloss only. 7yrs-Up-age appropriate make-up allowed.)Beauty: Wear any sunday or flower girl stype dress. No glitz pageant dresses. One queen will be crowned per age group and will receive a beautiful crown and a great age appropriate gift! 2 runners-up will be named and will receive a crown and a great gift! All contestants will receive a great prize!
Outfit of Choice: Any outfit that compliments your child.(ie:valentine wear, swimwear, capri set, jean set, western wear or any of the rack outfit-have fun with this!) One winner per age group will receive a great prize!
Photogenic: This should be a picture that shows your child’s personality and natural beauty. No retouched pictures will be allowed. Make-up rules will apply. One winner per age group will receive a great prize!
Side Awards: Prettiest Hair, Eyes and Smile. One winner for each in each age group will receive a wonderful prize!
Door Overalls: Overall Photogenic and Overall Outfit of Choice. One winner per age division (0-4yrs & 5-Up) will receive a beautiful crown!
Supreme Queens: One crowned in 0-4yrs and one crowned in 5yrs-Up will receive a large beautiful crown!
WE WILL NOT DOUBLE CROWN SUPREME QUEENS AND AGE GROUP QUEENS.
ANYONE THAT ENTERS THE DOOR OVERALLS CAN WIN THE DOOR OVERALLS.

I sign this form knowing that I will not hold the pageant directors or anyone involved with the pageant responsible for any accident, injury, theft or loss at the pageant, including travel to and from the pageant. I will abide by the judges decision and now that it is just their opinion of the day. I understand there will be a $35 returned check fee. I understand that ANY unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and will result in disqualification with no refund. I also know that no refund will be given unless this pageant is cancelled and not rescheduled. All refunds given at the directors discretion.
