 To dumb and dumber;
First of all my comment was written only to inform staff of some rights they are enitled to.Nothing more, nothing less. Secondly in response to pressing charges yourself let me say this. I was assaulted with bodily fluids along with a nurse, charges were pressed, and I was subpoenaed to court. Before the trial I was approached by someone that came from the Judges room (a victims advocate of some sort) and was asked many questions about the incident including what I would like to see for a disposition. (You do know what that means don't you dumbo?}I asked for 2-5 years on and after. The advocate told me that it probably wouldn't happen because the con would just tie up the courts with delays and that basically the courts didn't like to do that. I was released for the day and never heard back from them.
So in closing I only wrote to give information about some options for anyone in the situation I was in. If it helps anyone I'm glad I could help. As for you , lend something positive to this forum or keep your stupid fucking comments to yourself!! Stay safe brothers.
