You had a Lt named White who got a co fired for smoking. The LT walks by and even talks to a Capt, Who smokes every day. No Capt name because he is a good Capt. I know there are dates involved with smoking prohibition. But here is my argument, You have alcoholics who keep their jobs because of addiction, well the surgeon general says nicotine is a drug people have withdrawals and can relapse right.I know they signed a paper saying they would not smoke. But its an addiction, Just for a point of argument
