Please, your hands. ~+~*Bade presented his left hand, and Mika her right- both palm up. Izira opened the little box the she had been holding, and withdrew a small object wrapped in a silk scarf. She unwrapped it slowly, revealing a small crystal sphere- about the side of a ping-pong ball. It was a deep blue with lighter blue and white swirls running through the center of it, and every beam of light that passed near it was refracted into a miniature rainbow. She placed it first in Mika's hand, then Bade placed his hand atop hers- and the hands were bound together with the scarf. She held her hand a few inches above, and started to ramble off some sort of spell that had a VERY distinct 'sealing' feel to it- though the actual magical words that followed were in Ahr'Teyan.*~+~ May your days together be many, may your spirits never quarrel. They were ALL symbols you had seen associated with seals in the past. They appeared in bright red, and then turned the same blue as the crystal before fading. Izira untied the scarf, and collected the crystal as both parties moved away at the same time- grabbing it as it was dropped. It was now physically glowing in a beautiful blue, though there was a bright red core in the center. The drow present for the ceremony stood up and clapped at that point, indicating that the ceremony was over.*~+~ Izira- A red core? It would seem that you are lifebonded anyway.
