What is your basis for saying that he is a tax cheat?

If you follow the current tax code and use all the ways that the code allows to minimize your taxes why would that make you a tax cheat?

I take every deduction that I can to minimize the taxes I pay.

Do you know anyone that does not take all the available deductions?
