Suppose what you allege is true. Should the individual have been fired on the spot, without due process? Should he/she have been allowed to continue working as a public servant, out in to community, with sexual allegations against them. What are your thoughts on this?

What happens in the private sector? Would a person arrested on allegations of sexual misconduct lose their jobs without being proven guilty by a court of law? Would they be asked to say home without pay until their case is resolved? Do private sector employees have any rights?

These are legitimate questions. Let's see if you can answer them without your public sector bias creeping into your response, as it always does!

Perhaps there is a right answer, and I'd love to hear what it is!
