Well Tri-Angale, you certainly have a good pick to replace the hopefully soon-to-be outgoing director. Let's look at your man;
A) He fits the criteria well, been a company man his whole career.
B) Not a Union supporter
C) Can't make a decision
D) When asked about things, he answeres "I have no knowledge of that"
E) Went from Inmate Transportation Officer I to Lieutenant, which means he has no prior supervisory experience
F) Been on CTU practically his entire career

So i guess Simon would be a good pick for the position. He certainly meets the criteria for a managers post. Be forewarned on some changes though, I bet he will create a new pick position-----Directors Special Investigator.
OIS is always there, so it makes sense to give them a break, and let someone else be the detective. I wonder who would accept that position? Interviews will be soon!
