DO YOU HAVE TO BE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OVER WEIGHT TO HAVE IT. I NEED TO LOSE ABOUT 30 POUNDS AND SOME DAYS MY WILL POWER IS GOOD AND OTHERS BLAH. ARE THERE LIMITATIONS FOR IT IN AGE, WEIGHT AND SO ON?
