Turning off web

I will be having the web turned of on Monday. going over to a pc. I am going to DSL. that will keep the phone lines open.
I have tryed the MSN one plain but can not get the pc to work on it. I Do not know what I am doing wrong. I will try again to get it to work. If I can't the web is going to be gone Monday.
So if you would like me to e-mail you when I get the pc up and running e-mail me and I Will write you addy down so I can let you know when I am back on line.
