Signature of parent or guardian if contestant is under age of 18 Years! Age divisions 0-23 MONTHS 6-8 YEARS 2-3 YEARS 9-12 YEARS 4-5 YEARS 13 & UP 0-3 BABY MISTER 4& UP LITTLE MISTER Must have 3 boys per group by deadline or we will cancel!SUPREME- There will be 2 supreme winners. 1 in the 0-5 GIRLS and ALL BOYS and 1 in the 6 & UP GROUP. Supreme winners will receive a large trophy, large crown, banner, and gift. You must enter all events (EXCLUDING TALENT) to qualify for supreme winner. BEAUTY- Winners in each age group will receive a trophy, crown, banner, and a gift. 3 alternates will receive a trophy and participation trophies will be given. VARIETY WEAR- ANYTHING that you choose. Winners will receive a plaque and banner. 1st alternate will receive a plaque. PHOTOGENIC- Winners will receive a trophy and a banner. MOST BEAUTIFUL OR HANDSOME- Winners will receive a trophy and banner. TALENT-(3&UP)- Winners in each age group will receive a trophy, crown, and banner. 1st alternate will receive a trophy. Please limit your talent to 3 MINUTES. Sportsmanship and beauty go hand in hand. Please be considerate of others. We will not tolerate unsportsmanlike conduct. Special deal! The FIRST 15 CONTESTANTS to have their entry fee in our hands at least 5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE OF MARCH 21, 2007. You will be entered in a drawing for a video of the entire pageant. Please be in at least 5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE for the drawing. The second family member of a cash paid child may enter the pageant for � PRICE if the FIRST CONTESTANT enters all events excluding talent. (BROTHERS, SISTERS, AND MOTHERS ONLY) All entries must be in before or on the deadline. NO ENTRIES will be taken at the door NO EXCEPTIONS.! ATTENTION: There is a $25.00 FEE for all RETURNED CHECKS!!!!!! NO REFUNDS UNLESS OUR PAGEANT IS CANCELED DUE TO BAD WEATHER, EMERGENCIES OR LACK OF CONTESTANTS. TICKET SELL AMOUNT EVENT FREE 45 Beauty 90 All events excluding talent 100 All events including talent 130 All events & 4ft trophy 160 All events, 5ft trophy and nice gift The contestants selling the most tickets over 175 will receive free all events, 6ft trophy, crown and a super nice gift.
