Realmente é fato o que diz o autor, quando se fala de identidade cultural do brasileiro de querer parecer-se com o estrangeiro imitando suas culturas artisticas, deixando de lado seus valores.
As vezes deixamos de prestigiar algo que seria grandioso para nós mesmos e também para os estrangeiros somente porque não temos confiança em nós e em nosso potencial cultural. O autor acrescenta ainda a linguagem visual.Comparando os livros com filmes, e o uso da linguagem literária utilizada por diretores e seus colaboradores em seus filmes.
