Gener spontaneously decided to tell her story, just because it looked like noone else would. She sat up, put Ukatashi pendant back on, and started **Okay, since Besnell's being pissy about it, I'll go.(clears throat)I was born into a respectable, stereotypical elven family, most of my childhood was also typically elven, but of course, I wasn't. I had my own ideas about what was acceptable and what people were supposed to act like. You can't imagine how annoying learning to swordfight is when you get slapped for attacking someone who's on the ground, or who has their back turned. And all that crap about honor and laws got on my nerves, so I left as soon as I could take care of myself(and I think my family wasn't really too sorry to see me go). I traveled for awhile, I aquired Ukatashi, and the little rat helped me find my demon sword. Thats how I became a shifter, on one of my first assasination jobs(I fell into that line of work quite quickly) I slew a shifter. The sword sucked out the persons soul for its own use, but also its shifter essence, which was transfered to me. I ended up in Magre and started setting up my own business. I eventually rose to being one of the most powerful crime lords in the area. Unfortunately I pissed off all the wrong people and I had every other crime lord and the city watch working together to find me, so I had to leave, fast. I spent a few days with no sucess, having to change my identity continually -I'm good at that- and then I ended up on this ship. To top it all off, my actual name is Ak'Hafta Dytree. Now its someone elses turn to go**
