Bren woke up and went topside. Land wasn't in sight anymore. There were a day into their five month journer. She relieved the helmsman needing something to do. She checked the compass a double taked. She yelled down to the navegater,**Why the hell are we heading sout. West, damn it, west.** **I was going to turn out as soon as we got about 8 miles out.** She called back,**Your paid to follow orders. Not a lot of people have it that easy.** She had a conviscated ship, a crew that didn't follow orders, and a vithing curse to live with. **This is going to be one fun voyage,** she said with sarcasm.
