However, my friend there-** she stopped short, still looking at the dagger inches from her chest. **Let's move that away from me, then I'll tell you what happened.** She gingerly moved Gener's hand away from her chest. **Now, I had been hired to watch and kill you. But, I was spying on another person in the bar. Let's reason now. I quit trying to kill you after we arrived at port here. I got paid in advance anyway, so what the hell- don't kill me. Bad idea! Very bad!**
