Gener let out a small, animal like snarl, and leaped forward, transforming. Yankira found herself face to face with a snarling, irate tigress anthro. She spoke, a throaty growl ** THIS is what I am, a true Shifter, with the ability to assume any feline form, anthro or actual** to prove this point, she morphed into a lean jaguar, and then back to her elf form. She calmed herself, she had been unsettled by the ease with which this female seemed to see through her deceptions. She decided this was a good time to tell a white lie about her needs for a fast exit ** Thats one of the reason I seek passage, Captain, many people dislike the idea of a Shifter who gets too powerful in this city, as I did. And the other is this** she held aloft the amulet she wore, **my familiar, Ukatashi, seems to make people think I'm some sort of evil enchantress** she called forth the creature, the ruins on the amulet started glowing and soon a strange creature appeared. It was about two heads tall, with a bestial stance on two long thin legs ending in hooves. The thing had gangly, skeletal arms with brittle looking fingers, and its face had several bony ridges. It's eyes were milky and pupiless, set on a grotesque face framed by fleshy tendrils that cascaded down its back to a thick tail that ended in a fin. It crouched on Gener's shoulder and eyed Yankira with obvious distaste. ** but you can still call me Thing if you want** Gener added with a humorous smile.
