Luciano, and all, in this paragraph, “According to the article Ethical Issues for the Virtual University by Philip Brey from University of Twente - The Netherlands: “virtual universities can not offer a wide range of extracurricular activities and social services because many activities and services cannot be reproduced in the electronic form.” In addition, “many authors have stated that a profound learning experience, which includes the transmission of academic values, requires a real-world setting in which people engage in face-to-face.” Moreover, The New York Times has reported that “ the American Federation of Teachers”,Online degree programs have created incredible opportunities. They have made it possible for people to start or return to school that, only a few years ago, simply could not have done so. http://www.virtualstudent.com/html/challenges.html”

I don`t think we can put all this information from the According to the article Ethical Issues for the Virtual University by Philip Brey from University of Twente - The Netherlands.
Do you have the author`s name, is it Philip Bray? I Know that we have to say: “According to ..fulano de tal(Philip Bray), e depois vem a citação “virtual universities can not offer a wide range of extracurricular activities and social services because many activities and services cannot be reproduced in the electronic form.”Depois colocamos a referência - o nome do autor com toda essa informação: Philip Brey, Ethical Issues for the Virtual University by from University of Twente - The Netherlands.
IN this other paragraph, found in Mauricio`s text: .” They also state that “… education sector is like a massive mainframe computer trying to fit itself into a smartphone world. The entrenched practices, governance structures, and low expectations are just not compatible with today´s world.” (The Online Learning Imperative: A solution to Three Looming Crises in Education published by Alliance for Excellent Edacation)This information should come only in the references here it would be better put the autohr`s name too.
Another point is that some people do not seem to be able to manage their time by themselves, they prefer to take classes in the traditional way. Furthermore, many courses are not available online yet. If there is an interest in a more unusual field, it may be difficulty to find a source for online education.

We shoul put this information in the “pé de pagina” and include the time it was reaserched. Alem do PE de página we should put te site adress in the refererences too.
I hope this could be helpful, Mariana.
