Maybe Northstar needs to control their web site directly not indirectly. First hand information is always the best.
As far as a program, I think Mitch should hand that over to someone that has some experience with the type of programs that they are wanting to run. I know Gene has good intentions but Wes Tarkington has a good plan already made up that will draw other racers. Gene is a racer and any plan he comes up with may be construed as a biased plan. Not saying that it is, just the way others will see it. A good strong business plan will make that track one of the best in the country.
