Art, I am with you all the way. I think the real deal is Jack does not believe or is he willing to accept the fact that no one wants to race at HIS facility. He can only say this is his track for a few more days. If he has pulled off another scam and ends up with ownership of this facility, he can expect to spend the rest of his life in prison. Screwing with the bankruptcy courts is a federal offense!!
