Subject: Northstar Dragway...finally!!

I went out to the old Denton Dragway today and found The New Northstar Dragway. I met Mitch Muse (he was scraping the track with a machine down to the concrete) the new track Manager.I also met Rich Witkovski (not to be confused with his father Richard Witkovski-one of the investors who bought the track). Rich was working his butt off also. They assured me that Jack is gone. These guys have a lot of work to do. They are trying to have a test and tune this Friday, but if they dont I give them an "A" in effort. They are unsure about the plans for sanctioning whether it be NHRA or IHRA but they will be making a decision soon. They are planning to schedule a drivers meeting as soon as possible, but right now there main focus is to get the entire facility in tip top shape and ready to go. they stil have to hire employees, order supplies and a whole bunch of other stuff. I would disregard any information on the Dentondragway.com web site for now as they are still in the process of obtaining access to this as well. Jason is no longer an employee either. These guys are for real and totally committed to making this place what it should be. I think this is the best thing to ever happen to this track and I think in a short period of time everyone else will too.
