Section 13-24 of the Immigration and Nationality Act states that it is ILLEGAL to :

Section 13-24"Illegal to encourage or induce an alien to come to, enter or reside in the United States...knowingly or reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry or residence will be in violation of Law"

It seems that Governor Martin OMalley has ignored the REAL ID ACT. He has funded CASA of Maryland who encourages ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS to come and Work in Maryland ( according to many news reports I have read ). Governor Martin OMalley has forced Maryland Tax payers to INCREASE by 1/2 Million dollars a year to fund Spanish translators ( to the Dept of Motor Vehicles ) to increase the numbers ( and at a faster rate ) of ILLEGAL Immigrants to get US ID cards ( Drivers License ) and recently Governor has made sure that Maryland Tax payers are to fund a ( 31 million dollars in Langley Maryland ) center that WILL benefit ILLEGAL Immigrants. Governor Martin OMalley has also permitted day labor centers to operate under CASA of Maryland, giving jobs to ILLEGAL Immigration according to several News reports. The lack of enforcement of Illegal Immigration laws have been all but ignored and Marylands Illegal Immigration population has sky rocketed under the direction of Governor Martin OMalley. I understand that MS 13 gang membership in the locations near and around CASA of Maryland has INCREASED.
