Imagine, criticizing someone's intelligence in a public forum, and not knowing the difference between "to" (improperly used above) and "too" (which would have been correct). The letter you claim isn't "to (sic) smart" was written by English language learners -- not native speakers -- and their grammar, syntax and spelling is WAY more literate than the morons who usually post here. Seriously, fellas, maybe think about going back and getting your G.E.D.s before moving on to a complicated issue like immigration.
