I am responding to a letter of Sept. 9, 2008, by Mr. Rizoli.

The letter is poorly structured and grammatically sloppy. The writer's stance reveals an appalling ignorance of immigration in the history of our county, and is, quite frankly, bigoted. The letter is nothing more than a racist diatribe by someone who needs to learn basic English composition.

Community issues deserve thoughtful analysis and civil discourse. Had the writer presented a cogent argument, his viewpoint should be aired. However, badly written, vitriolic rant contributes nothing and has no place in responsible journalism. You should be ashamed of choosing to print ignorant, racist, drivel.

Hmmm! The Brazilians are what race? White! When they commit a crime it goes on the WHITE log, not black or asian. GET IT!

So please explain to me how the Rizoli's are racist against a people of their own race?
We really have some brain dead people here in town, they don't even know what racism is.

Lets go over this again. We go after the Brazilians because they are the majority of the illegal aliens who have come to Framingham to 'rape' the town. I really can't think of a better word sorry folks.

They are responsible for more problems per population as Ethnic Brazilians than the rest of us. The problem is with the reporting, when they commit a crime it's recorded in the WHITE log.
So for all appeareances they don't do anything wrong. Pretty sly Huh? We wouldn't want to be guilty of racial profiling would we?

Now the point that we haven't presented a 'cogent ' argument. please explain, what don't you understand about those who have broken the law to come here and then work here (illegally).
What don't you understand about those who are behaving very badly here, and not only that they are shoving it in our face that they are doing these illegal things that you and I would not get away with.

Is that argument not 'cogent' enough for you?
And you say I'm the one with the communication problem.
