I thought my request was fair. We did the show anyway and I gave my two cents worth.

As you can see there was no reply (as expected) and this shows one thing...
SMOC Social Services DON'T have to answer to anyone.
They come and go and get away with anything they want.. They run programs that are for the women
only and could care less about the men who are having problems.
Enough said about that.

Another disturbing point.....
The next thing that will be happing and you remember you heard it from me is.
You know all the rentals and houses for sale in Framingham?
There are over 24,000 foreclosures in bank held property in the State.
Don't fret none, SMOC will be getting some good deals on these properties and guess who's going to
be filling up the rental and housing market?
You guest it.....WELFARE people from SMOC!
So folks, we got the Brazilians to run for home, now we are going to have another influx of people
from Springfield and the surrounding towns flooding into the town very willing and able to fill all the vacancies
that the Brazilians have opened up.
You think the town is heading for revitalization?
It's heading for receivership if this problem isn't addressed and addressed soon.
I won't hold my breath because look at how the town has handled the Illegal Immigration situation.
Overrides are coming and don't let anyone kid you.

Hi Mary

I have a cable show that just started to air on local cable called The Weekly Show, it plays every Tues night at 9 pm we pretty much deal with local issues in the town.
We plan on doing a spot in the show about your VAV organization and deal with an aspect of your services that don't seem to get much attention.
How are men being represented by your organization.
What avenues are available for men? Are there any group homes set up that men can go to when they are abused by a wife or partner? Is there FREE legal counsel provided for men who need to be defended in court? Why does it seem that all the VAV monies support mainly women when the facts show that just as many men are abused by women. Are churches involved with your organization that can be used for spiritual outreach?
How about Gay men? Where would a Gay man go to get help if he was in a domestic dispute with another man?
If you would like to interviewed for our show that would be great. If you can't seem to make the time for it, then if you could answer the questions above then I will relay them on the show myself. I would much rather have you represent yourself, it would make for a better piece.

Please get back to me when you get a chance.
