Letter...

We members of the F-PAC community ask the Board of Directors of F-PAC to remove Ron Rego from the Board of Directors for GROSS MISCONDUCT.

His actions on Jan 10, 2008 for having the Cable show Illegal Immigration Chat "pulled" while live during playtime was an egregious act and done without permission from the real copyright owners, e.g.,the Town of Framingham. This action violated F-PACs own procedures for filing complaints which entitled one to have a complaint IN WRITING.

FYI the disputed video material we feel came under "transformative fair use" Its use is LEGAL.

Mr.Rego has made plain to all that he has prejudice towards the Rizol's and their show and at a previous FPAC meeting asked if the show Illegal Immigration Chat should be moved to a 2 A.M slot. Having Mr. Rego on the Board of Directors was protested from the beginning for what we believe is a conflict of interest and we continue to feel that way. We feel that Mr. Rego has shown he has no respect for our Civil Rights and our Freedom of Speech. It would be for the "best interests of the Corporation" and the viewing public that MR. Rego be REMOVED from any directorship in the F-PAC Board of Directors.

Section 4.05 Resignation or Removal

Any Director may be removed from office for cause by a 2/3 vote of the full Board of
Directors. Cause may include but is not limited to gross misconduct, or misappropriation
of funds


Section 7.06 Resignation or Removal

Any officer may resign by delivering in hand or sending by certified mail his or her
written resignation to the Corporation at its principal office or to any other officer. Such
resignation shall be effective upon receipt, whether delivered in person to an officer of
the Corporation or by certified mail.
The Board of Directors may remove from office any officer by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of
the full Board of Directors, whenever in their judgment the best interests of the
Corporation will be served thereby.
