Just for the record

Rick Brita was never married.
He doesn't have a computer that is online as far as I know.
So the Rich here is definitely not him.
Watch CCFIILE 137 where my brother gets into the case with SMOC, and explains what his "girlfriend" did to rip the system off.
Brazilian women and Rick Brita are not a good match, no doubt, but he didn't abuse anyone, in fact of all the times he's been to court the charges have been dropped.
The women know how to use the courts to get their own way.
He doesn't see his first kids because of the corruption and abuse of the court system.
