Rich you are 100% right.
The Brazilians that I know don't pay taxes.
The ones that do will never see a dime of it because their are illegal!
So if the Brazilians are stupid enough to throw 30% of their money away than good for them.
This govt. doesn't care about them it just wants it's money.
I look at all of this as the Brazilians paying off the govt. for them illegally staying here.

Good deal for both of them unless the illeagl Brazilian gets caught, then he loses twice, and getting his sorry ass deported.
