Don't know the guy and never heard of the "Threats of Litigation".

A lawsuit is something a Judge must determine based on facts. If you have proof an area is dead of all sealife as "you claim". Then put it forward to a judge.

But If your claim is simply to cause malice and harm a person who's abiding by the law, trying to follow regulations. Then you'll lose.

So what shit are you resorting too? Could you be a bigger asshole?
