Subject: Heavenly Angels update...Ihope it is alright I posted this here

I wanted to let everyone know that LaBelle will be at Heavenly Angels Easter Pageant! I know this is short notice they called me Sunday and stated they were available if I wanted them. I figured that EVERYONE would be delighted to have them there as you now will all Receive a DVD of the entire pageant on me! Since I did not have them scheduled to come I made cost to enter pageant lower than usual.

Now that they are coming I felt it would not be professional nor ethical of me to charge you more due to my decission to have them.

Therefore I am paying for all of your DVD's. There will be one set of DVD's given to each family competiting. I am willing to take this loss in order for everyone to receive this memorable DVD.

However since LaBelle is coming Camera's will not be allowed in the Ballroom during Competition and Awards. The reason for this is I contracted with LaBelle. They are there to take pictures and make our DVD. With Parents taking pictures Flashes can and will distort video and Pictures that they are taking.

Anyone who has ever received LaBelles DVD's know that the quality of pictures is great. Your DVD's will show All Compeition, Awards and Party activities. At pageants a lot of contestants do not have someone there able to take pictures as parents we tend to get engrossed with what our child is doing on stage and miss that Perfect picture oppurtunity because we are distracted. LOL I know I am terrible of getting those pictures.

LaBelle will be at registration Friday night to take picture order. You will receive a CD of all competition of the candidate as well as crowning pictures! You will get the copyright for your CD and will be able to print your own photo's or get them done at Walmart.


A few reminders:
1.Crayons, Coloring Book and Book collection for Children's Shriners Hospital are to be handed in Friday night along with counts. Please bring these in boxes to make it easier for transportation

2. In addition to Shriners collection we were asked to hold a LEGO collection. The lEGO's will be take to Veterns Hospital for the Veterns to use for motor skills. We are collecting BOTH NEW and USED Lego's . Please bring only the Small LEGO's. You will be able to use LEHO's towards to Book count!

3. MAKE CERTAIN HOTEL ROOMS ARE BOOKED 570-275-5510

4. Remember to Bring Easter Basket for Gift Exchange

DOOR ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED HOWEVER $25.00 DOOR ENTRY FEE WILL BE ADDED, UNLESS YOU LET ME KNOW BY WEDNESDAY YOU ARE COMING!
